WEDDING QUESTIONS

We’re more than happy to explain arrangements via email! If you’re not quite ready for that yet, our guide on wedding flower terminology may help.

It’s always a good idea to meet with suppliers as soon as you can. 3 – 9 months before the wedding is an ideal time to book your wedding florist.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for us to secure your wedding date. Changes are welcomed up to three weeks before the big day.

We highly recommend making time for an obligation-free consultation to ensure we understand your vision for the day. However, we realise that due to certain circumstances this may not be possible, and are more than happy to discuss your wedding flowers over the phone, via email or over Skype.

Whether you know every detail, have no idea, or just have a rough concept of what you want for your wedding, we’re happy to assist in finding the perfect style to suit your special day and budget. We have resources, magazines and an extensive portfolio in our studio, in addition to creative staff with years of experience and suggestions.

Due to market flower price increase, weddings during the weeks of New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day incur a 15% surcharge.

Some flowers (like David Austin roses, tulips, phalaenopsis orchids and cymbidium orchids) have a higher market price, and will therefore incur a small surcharge – but these costs will be included within your quote.

EVERYDAY BLOOMS QUESTIONS

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card* (Amex taken), cheque, money order and direct credit.

Deliveries take place between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. We do not currently deliver on weekends or public holidays. To ensure same-day delivery, please place your order before 1pm (AEST).

Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

We currently extend our trading hours and delivery times on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Your order will be processed the next working day.

If it’s deemed safe, we’ll leave the arrangement at either the front or back door. If not, the blooms will be returned to the store. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee same-day delivery if the flowers are returned.

Correct delivery details are the responsibility of the person placing the order.

In the case of an incorrect address, Petals and Scents will attempt to recover the flowers – but without guarantee of return. In this circumstance, Petals and Scents will not provide a refund.

We take great pride in our blooms and want everything to be perfect. If you find damage, please notify our staff within 24 hours on (02) 8964 9285. We require an image of the damage (where possible) and will arrange a pick up of the flowers. Naturally, these will be replaced.

COVID-19 UPDATE

We at Style and Bloom would like to reassure all of our customers that we are continuing to operate as per normal during these unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic times.

We have implemented all precautions to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and suppliers which includes:

1: Following the strict social distancing guidelines at our retail and consulting centre as communicated by the NSW Health Department, the NSW Premiers Office and the Federal Government.
2: Regularly sanitising our retail and consulting centre.
3: Offering a touchless pickup or delivery service.
4: Providing a virtual meeting service for wedding consultations (if requested).

If any customer is still concerned about our precautionary measures, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can make the necessary arrangements to meet with your personal requirements. 

Please Note : Style & Blooms will endeavor to create the floral arrangement as displayed. Due to seasonal availability however, there may be times when certain flowers are unavailable. In these cases, blooms will be substituted for flowers of the same value.
